For Geelong locals, Ashleigh and Daniel, they knew that having a wedding at home would become costly due to their very large families. So instead, they threw an epic engagement party with over 200 guests post proposal and celebrated their wedding in style overseas. With only 10 guests and the views of the Caldera, Santorini seemed like the best option for their nuptials.

The weeks leading up to their wedding were also quite different from your average stress-filled wedding preparation. The pair traveled through the USA & Mexico for 5 weeks before heading over to beautiful Greece for their big day.

Ashleigh’s number one priority was to find an amazing wedding planner that could put her in touch with the best photographers and stylists for the day. Just because their guest list was small, they still wanted the day to be just like they’d always imagined. And, with their nearest and dearest in tow, it was unconventional yet beautiful.
