1. Ensure physical distancing

All staff, vendors and guests to remain 1.5 metres apart. Signage will be clear and present throughout the venue.

2. Wear a face covering

Masks are encouraged outdoors however they are mandatory indoors. Signage will be clear and present throughout the venue.

3. Practice good hygiene

All attendees are advised to wash their hands regularly. Cleaning and sanitising all work areas as frequently as possible. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the expo at sanitizing stations. Signage will be clear and present throughout the venue.

4. Regular cleaning of stands that attendees are likely to touch is the responsibility of the vendors manning the stand.

5. QR Codes

There will be multiple signs with QR codes that all attendees (staff, vendors, guests) must sign into upon entry. Signage will be clear and present throughout the venue.

6. Covid Marshal

We will have two covid marshals onsite throughout the event to ensure guests are checked in, fully vaccinated, maintaining social distancing and adhering to density limits.

7. Stay home if you’re unwell

Please stay home if you are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath or any other flu-like symptoms.

8. All exhibitors and attendees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
