The Day

​

The entire day felt like magic! We had so much trust in our beautiful vendors and rightly so as they all absolutely nailed our vision.

 

Rachelle at The Posie Place created our dream ceremony with classic white flowers balanced with greenery. The team at Truffle Duck set up an adorable Amalfi Coast inspired bar for guests to sip on Limoncello Spritz's on arrival, all while listening to the sound of Michelle Doyle Harpist and Violinist duo. Kahani our celebrant came up with the fabulous idea of having my nephews play a relay race up the aisle to bring us the rings, it was so special!

 

After the ceremony I had a quick dress change and Daniel and I saw our reception space for the first time and we were in awe. It looked so beautiful and better than we had imagined. One of my favourite parts was the ceiling drapes by Igby Productions!

 

When guests arrived to the reception we had personalised shot glasses with peach schnapps to enjoy, with a sign saying "take a shot and take a seat, the glass is yours to keep" which I had made from an Etsy store. We opted for a champagne tower instead of a cake so we could have a whole dessert bar instead! Later in the night we had Espresso Martinis served with pizza, sliders and chips to keep everyone on the d-floor (guests did not disappoint in this department).

 

When we look back on our big day, we're so grateful for everyone we chose to make it what it was, without our wonderful vendors our vision would never have been as perfect as it was, we highly recommend every single one!
